what is cs.email?
cs.email is an anonymous mail host of the old school: sign up, get a mailbox, send mail - no personal data requested. it occupies the same niche as cock.li, with a similar audience of privacy-curious and pseudonymous users.
the service runs its webmail as an onion service listed by the live directories. for throwaway registrations and pseudonymous correspondence it does the job; for anything you would cry about losing, use end-to-end encryption.
the address here is the listed one, re-checked continuously. compare before logging in - mail providers are cloned more than any other service type.
before you trust any of this
- .onion addresses are long on purpose. one wrong letter = someone else's server.
- if a service matters to you, cross-check its address against its own clearnet site or PGP-signed announcements.
- a green badge here means "reachable", never "trustworthy". we report reachability only.
